The simple answer is yes, considering that Dubai have been developing similar craft that hover and use “Flight Lanes” to monitor areas for criminal activity. If this is so, it is safe to say that they are leading the Transport Technology into a new age. If not, and the pictures, as well as the article is Deep Fake, then maybe StaRyson has a chance to beat them to the starting gate of designing the perfect “Hover Bike”.

The design of the ‘bikes’ structure is of no relevance to the Engine required in order to raise the craft off of the ground. However, eventually the weight of the body would be brought into the structuring and building.
