Fill-O-Pod is a revolutionary high tech idea that takes away the difficulties of Consolidating small to large items for Repacking. A Standard sized Fill-O-Pod consists of 4 fitments: Very small Screw Fillers to Microchips.
Consider the challenge of opening a 100 – 1000 piece box of small Screw Fillers that has opened up inside a Tote.
The simplest way would be to Repack the items by hand scooping. The actual time-wasting of this could lead into 5 to 15 minutes approx.
Now consider Fill-O-Pod. By emptying the Tote filled with the small items, its even flow and distribution of the items into a bag placed under the nozzle will allow every piece to be captured before being sealed.
The larger items, up to the size of an average Microchip can also be placed into the Fill-O-Pod to be safely and evenly distributed.
Each nozzle on the Fill-O-Pod will be compliant with all Bag sizes regulated for Consolidation needs.

There is no limit to the height, width or depth of The Fill-O-Pod. With state-of-the-art engineering, it can be adapted and made specifically for the likes of Concrete, Mulch, Pebbles, even day-to-day powders and sand.
Taking away the manual labour side of everyday menial jobs, many of these that we don’t wish to do, simply because of the time and extra effort that would go into such a task, it is by design only that this machine compensates for time and efficiency.
